The Dasher was a hand me down, then I bought the GTI. Fantastic car when it was running, but I joked that it had almost as many miles on the back of a flatbed as it did on its own wheels...

I love how nimble these cars feel. Wouldn’t mind a GTI in the stable, would have to be fuel injected or carb. I have no clue how that phnumatic fuel system works :/

Very nice! I’m pretty new to VW myself but I’m enjoying mine. Not a Golf or a GTI/GLI model, but a 95 Polo. How do you get Oppo authorship? I’d like to contribute, but it seems I can’t. On top of that I am consistently stuck in the grey.
